How to get it
WhatsApp Business
- 1Go to developers.facebook.com → create an app → add the WhatsApp product.
- 2Under WhatsApp → API Setup you'll find a phone number + tokens.
- 3Create a PERMANENT token via Business settings → System users (the test token expires in 24h).
- 4Paste the access token here, and the Phone number ID in the next field.
- 5Heads-up: outside a 24-hour customer-service window WhatsApp only allows approved template messages — replies to customers always work.

- 1In developers.facebook.com → your app → WhatsApp → API Setup.
- 2Copy the Phone number ID (a long number, NOT the phone number itself).
