What exactly is a credit?
A credit maps to the real AI cost of the work — about €0.004 of AI spend each, metered from the actual tokens an action uses. The figures above (find ~1, draft ~4, image ~10) are typical, since a heavier task thinks a little more. Sending an approved email is free. You only ever spend credits on work the agents actually run, and you see exactly where they went in your account.
How many credits do I get?
The free trial includes 500 one-time credits. Brohns Pro includes 4,000 credits every month — a seriously busy month of agent work: hundreds of leads fully worked, or a support inbox triaged daily, or a store, pipeline and content calendar run side by side.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Agents simply pause outbound work — they never auto-spend money you didn't approve. You either wait for your monthly reset or top up with a credit pack, then they pick up where they left off.
Do unused credits roll over?
On Pro, unused monthly credits roll over into the next cycle, capped at your 4,000 allowance, so you're never punished for a quiet month. Trial credits don't roll over.
Do credits expire?
Trial credits expire when the 7-day trial ends. Monthly Pro credits reset each cycle (with one-cycle roll-over). Credits from top-up packs never expire — they sit in your balance until you use them.
What changes if I bring my own API keys?
Most actions drop to 1 credit each, because you're paying the provider (Google, Claude, Resend, an image model) directly and Brohns is only orchestrating. It's cheaper on credits, but you cover the provider's own usage fees.
Is sending emails really free?
Yes. Credits pay for the agent's thinking — research, qualifying, drafting. Delivering a message you've approved doesn't cost credits (your email provider's own sending limits still apply).
What's in the free trial?
Everything. The trial is a free week to explore and set up: full access to every agent, every playbook and all integrations — connect your email and tools, compose your team, and spend the 500 included credits on your own goal. No features are locked behind the paywall; the trial is the real product.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 7-day trial needs no card. You only add payment if you decide to continue on Pro after it ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is month-to-month (or yearly if you choose) with no contract. Cancel whenever — you keep everything you built, and any top-up credits stay in your balance.
What if I need far more than 4,000 credits a month?
Raise your plan — the same one plan scales from 4,000 up to 40,000 credits a month, always at €0.01 per credit. For a one-off busy month, add a top-up pack (1,000, 4,000 or 10,000 credits) on top without changing your plan.
Can I work with my team?
Yes. Invite people to your workspace with a private join-link. Each active admin or member is a team seat at €10 per month (prorated automatically on your subscription; two months free on yearly, like the plan). Viewers are always free, and seats share your plan's credit pool — no separate accounts to manage.
Are prices including VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. At checkout, VAT is calculated automatically based on your billing country, and business customers can enter a VAT id there.
