Run your webshop from one place — including the customer service
The work of a webshop isn't the shop — it's the day around it. Orders to ship, stock running out, and the same question over and over: where is my order? Brohns connects to the store you already run, shows the whole day on one screen, and drafts the answers from the actual order data. Every customer reply and every refund is your click.
Click through the question you get twenty times a day.
The last step is yours — because in the real tool it is too.

Where is my order?
Hi! I ordered on the 14th and still haven't received anything. Order #1043. Can you tell me when it will arrive? Getting a bit worried.
A customer emails you. The one that arrives twenty times a day.
Sample dataA focused agent for each job.
Operator · Store
Keeps orders, products and stock in sync, and flags what's been sitting too long.
Support · Customer service
Triages every incoming question and drafts the answer from the real order and your policies.
Retention · Win-back
Spots customers who drifted away and drafts a win-back grounded in what they bought.
From a sentence to a working team.
Connect your store
Shopify, WooCommerce, bol.com, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Lightspeed, Etsy or Amazon — with your own credentials, encrypted per user. Orders and products sync in; nothing is shared between accounts.
See the day in one screen
Revenue, average order value, the fulfilment queue, low stock, repeat rate and real margin — every number computed from your synced rows, never estimated.
Answer the "where is my order?" flood
A customer email is classified in one pass — category, sentiment, priority — and answered from that customer's actual order: status, tracking, your shipping and return policy. If a policy is missing, the draft says it will check rather than making one up.
Run it from here
Fulfil with track & trace, adjust price, stock and status, refund with a double confirm, draft product descriptions in bulk. Each write is your click and lands in an audit log.
Only what this goal needs.
- Your store — Shopify or WooCommerce to run it fully, bol.com for fulfilment, or BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Lightspeed, Etsy and Amazon to read it
- Your inbox — connect Gmail and customer mail arrives as tickets, no DNS or webhook setup
- An email sender for the replies (Resend, SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, Brevo, SMTP or Gmail)
- Optional: your shipping, return and refund policies plus reusable answer templates — the grounding for every draft
- Optional: a public FAQ widget for your own site, for questions from people who haven't ordered yet
You never connect an AI key — Bro and the agents are built in. Keys live in an encrypted vault, read server-side only for the action you approved.
Powerful agents. You stay in charge.
WISMO, answered from the real order
The most common ticket you get is also the most mechanical. The draft carries the actual status, the real tracking link and your own return window — a delivery date is never invented.
Triage that sorts itself
Category, sentiment and priority land on every ticket in a single pass, so an angry customer and a routine question don't sit in the same undifferentiated pile.
First replies with a real deadline
Each ticket gets a first-response deadline from its priority — urgent in 2 hours, normal in a day — and the ones at risk or past it surface first.
Fulfil and refund without leaving
Shipping with track & trace, price and stock changes and refunds run against Shopify or WooCommerce directly. Money out is always a deliberate click with a second confirm, never an agent.
Autonomy only where it's safe
You can let it answer on its own — but only order-status and product questions, never money, complaints, cancellations or address changes. That limit is enforced on the server, with a daily cap and injection checks.
Good to know.
Which platforms can I actually control from Brohns?
Nine platforms sync their orders and products in. Shopify and WooCommerce you can run fully — fulfil, price, stock, status, refunds and discount codes. bol.com supports fulfilment with track & trace. BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Lightspeed, Etsy and Amazon are read-only for now: you get the dashboard, the support loop and the win-backs, but you manage the store itself in its own admin.
How do customer emails reach Brohns?
The simplest route is connecting Gmail: read-only access pulls in new mail and routes it through the same pipeline — no DNS or webhook setup. If you use another mail host, forward it to the inbound endpoint instead.
Will it reply to customers by itself?
Not unless you switch it on, and even then only for order-status and product questions. Everything touching money, an unhappy customer, a cancellation or an address change waits for you. Off is the default.
What about people who haven't ordered yet?
Email triage matches on the customer's order, so it covers people who bought from you. Pre-sales questions are better served by the FAQ widget you can embed on your own site — it answers from your policies and says honestly when it doesn't know.
Can it issue refunds?
Yes, against Shopify or WooCommerce, and never on its own: it's a deliberate click with a double confirm, the amount is capped server-side at what's actually still refundable, and every attempt is written to an append-only audit log.
Does it handle abandoned carts?
On Shopify, yes — checkouts left for six hours or more get a recovery draft with the real cart contents. The other platforms don't expose carts to us, so we don't pretend to see them.
