Between two services, everything else
In hospitality the marketing happens in the twenty minutes between services, which is why it mostly doesn't. Brohns drafts a reply to every review — the negative ones first, because those are the ones that matter within the hour — asks recent guests for the good ones, and writes the posts. Everything arrives as a draft in one queue on your phone, and nothing is published or sent until you say so.

Before the team
The work that keeps not happening.
The bad review sits there all evening
It went up at seven, you saw it at eleven, and by then it's the first thing anyone reads. Replying well takes a clear head — which is exactly what you don't have after a full service.
Happy guests say nothing
The table that stayed two hours and thanked you on the way out never writes anything down. The one thing that would fix your rating is asking, and asking never gets done.
The socials go quiet for three weeks
You post when something exceptional happens, which means you post rarely. Everyone says consistency is the whole game, and consistency is the one thing a kitchen day has no room for.
No-shows on a Saturday
Four covers that booked and didn't come. A reminder would have caught most of them, and writing reminders isn't a job anyone here has time to hold.

Monday — the reviews, worst first
The reputation agent takes the review that most needs an answer — negative first, then oldest — and drafts a reply in your voice, grounded in what that guest actually wrote and in your own business profile. Never defensive, and never offering a refund you didn't promise. It waits as a draft.

Tuesday — ask the ones who came back
Once the reply queue is empty, the same agent picks a recent guest who hasn't been contacted lately and drafts a warm review request with your own review link. It won't ask the same person twice, and it won't ask someone you contacted last week.

Wednesday — the posts, in your own voice
The content agent drafts posts grounded in your profile and tone. Images can be generated with the built-in engine or your own; everything lands in Studio as a draft. Publishing goes through your own connected account — or through a webhook to whatever you already use — and only on a click.

Hi — I noticed your booking page takes ~6s to load on mobile, which is where most of your customers are. I put together a couple of quick wins…
Why: opens on the site's weakest point, in your tone.

Thursday — the bookings that need a nudge
Appointments coming up in about two days get a reminder drafted from the real record, and a recent no-show gets a win-back. Each is stamped so nobody is drafted twice. If you take reservations elsewhere, the agenda still shows what's coming from what you've imported.

Friday — five minutes, one queue
Everything waiting is in one place with the reasoning attached: approve, edit, or bin. An edit becomes a lasting lesson, so next week reads more like you. Nothing was published and nothing was sent that you didn't approve.

A rating is a revenue number
Replying to reviews and asking happy guests for them is the highest-leverage marketing a restaurant has, and it's the first thing a busy week drops. Handing over the drafting means it survives a busy week.
Approving fits in a break
Reviewing, editing and receiving replies cost no credits — only the agents' work does. A day of drafts is a few minutes on your phone, and a quiet week costs almost nothing.
Never a promise you didn't make
A reply drafted for an unhappy guest won't offer a refund, a free meal or compensation on your behalf. That's a rule in how the drafts are made, not a hope — an apology and a next step, and the offer stays yours to give.
Every outward move — each email, reply or post — waits for your approval first. That's not a setting; it's how Brohns is built. The full credit table lives on the pricing page.
Reputation
Agents spot happy customers, ask for a review at the right moment, and draft a reply to every new one — you approve before anything is posted.
Content
Agents gather topics, write on-brand drafts and produce campaign images with a creative engine — you approve what gets scheduled.
Support
Brohns reads incoming questions, triages them, and drafts helpful replies from your knowledge — sensitive ones always wait for you.
Good to know.
Does it post to Instagram and Facebook by itself?
No. Content is drafted and waits in Studio; publishing is a click you make, through your own connected account. If you already use something like Buffer or a tool of your own, there's a webhook you can point an approved document at instead.
Can it reply to Google reviews?
It drafts the reply and holds it for you. Reviews can be imported or logged, the draft is grounded in the review text and your own voice, and posting it happens through your own platform account. Negative reviews are picked up first, because those are the ones where an hour matters.
We don't have a website. Is it still useful?
Yes. The parts that matter here — replying to reviews, asking for them, writing posts, reminding bookings — don't need one. Where a website would have been measured, that step is skipped honestly rather than faked, and the first thing a fresh workspace makes is real work instead of a description of it.
Who sees what my staff can do?
Team members are €10 a month each and can act on what's waiting — approve, send, run. Viewers read only, and open invitations cost nothing until they're accepted. Whoever performed an action is recorded, so the audit trail says who approved what.
Will it sound like a chain restaurant?
Only if you let it. Drafts are grounded in your profile and your tone, a review pass strips hype and filler, and every correction you make is distilled into a lesson that persists. Repeat a correction and it weighs more — the voice moves toward yours by being corrected, not by being configured.
Put a team on it — built for restaurants & hospitality.
