Brohns for coaches & consultants

The admin between the sessions

For a coach or consultant, the work between sessions is what leaks: reminders that don't get sent, proposals that sit half-written, invoices that need chasing. Brohns runs that as a team — a booking agent that drafts the reminder before an appointment and the win-back after a no-show, a proposal that turns a yes into a quote with line items, a signature link that flips it to accepted, and an invoice with a payment link in your own Stripe. Every one of those is a draft or a click you make; nothing sends itself.

Sound familiar?

The work that keeps not happening.

01

No-shows you could have prevented

Someone books three weeks out and forgets. One reminder would have caught it, and the reminder is exactly the kind of small thing that never makes it onto a busy day.

02

The proposal that takes three days

They said yes on the call. Then the document has to be written, the pricing decided again from scratch, the terms copied from an older file — and by the time it goes out, the energy from that call is gone.

03

Asking to be paid

The work is done, the invoice is out, and it's quiet. Writing the reminder means finding the right tone with someone you want to keep working with, and rewriting that email is somehow harder than the work was.

04

Everyone who went quiet

Clients who finished a track and drifted, prospects who never came back after one session. You know there's a conversation worth having; there's no list, so there's no conversation.

Monday — one calendar, not three

Connect Google or Outlook and appointments sync both ways, or share a public booking page with your availability windows so people book themselves. Everything with a date shows up on one agenda; a date without a time stays a date, because inventing 09:00 for something nobody scheduled is a lie the calendar would tell you every day.

Tuesday — the reminder writes itself, you send it

The booking agent picks the appointment that most needs a message — one coming up in about two days, or a recent no-show worth winning back — and drafts it from the real record. It stamps the appointment so the same person is never drafted twice. It lands in the Library as a draft; sending is yours.

Wednesday — yes becomes a proposal

Bro drafts the proposal from the conversation and your business profile: a cover in your voice, line items with prices, terms, valid-until. Code does the totals, never the model. Pull the items from your own catalogue and the prices come from what you saved, not from what the browser sent — a price is not something a client-side form gets to decide.

Subject: A quick note on your site's mobile speed

Hi — I noticed your booking page takes ~6s to load on mobile, which is where most of your customers are. I put together a couple of quick wins…

Why: opens on the site's weakest point, in your tone.

Thursday — signed, then paid

Send a signing link and your client signs with their name; the quote flips to accepted with the timestamp, the name and the IP as evidence. No external e-sign provider. One deliberate click issues a real invoice through your own Stripe with a hosted payment page — the money lands in your balance, and if it's the second click it returns the existing link instead of a second invoice.

Friday — the quiet ones get a reason to come back

The retention agent segments your customers from their real order and payment history — champion, loyal, new, at risk, lapsed — with code, not a guess, and drafts a win-back for the most valuable one that's gone quiet. It won't invent a discount code: an incentive is a placeholder you fill in, because a promise you didn't make shouldn't leave your name.

The payoff

Concrete, not hand-wavy.

One prevented no-show pays for the month

Brohns Pro is €40 a month for 4,000 credits, and drafting a reminder costs a fraction of that. If reminders save one missed session in a month, the tool has paid for itself before anything else it does counts.

Money in is always a click

Issuing an invoice, taking a payment, refunding — none of it happens on a schedule or on an agent's initiative. It's a deliberate action you take, it's idempotent, and every attempt is written to an append-only audit log. That's the one place where convenience never wins.

Your voice, kept

Every draft is grounded in your business profile and in what you've corrected before. Edit a reminder and the edit becomes a lesson; repeat it and it weighs more. The drafts drift toward you instead of toward a house style.

Every outward move — each email, reply or post — waits for your approval first. That's not a setting; it's how Brohns is built. The full credit table lives on the pricing page.

What coaches & consultants run on Brohns
Questions

Good to know.

Will it send reminders to my clients automatically?

Only if you decide it should, per kind of message, and only after that kind has earned it — a run of drafts you approved without editing. Until then the reminder is a draft that waits for you. You can see exactly what each kind of message is allowed to do, and take it back in one click.

Do I need a payment provider?

For a payment link, yes: you connect your own Stripe account, and clients pay into your balance. Everything before that — the proposal, the signing link, the acceptance — works without it. If you'd rather invoice elsewhere, the quote is yours to export and the acceptance evidence stays recorded here.

Is the e-signature legally valid?

We record the signer's typed name, the timestamp and the IP address against the quote, which is a common form of simple electronic signature — and that's what we describe it as, no more. There's no external e-sign provider involved. For contracts where you need a qualified signature, use a provider that offers one; Brohns can still draft the engagement letter behind it.

Can it handle my scheduling too?

It syncs two ways with Google Calendar or Outlook, and it can give you a public booking page with availability windows so people book themselves. There's an .ics export as well. What it won't do is move or cancel someone's appointment on its own.

What does it do when there's nothing to remind about?

It says so, and it says what it's waiting for. An agent with nothing to do writes one honest line a day rather than inventing work — and that line names the one thing that would unblock it, so "nothing happened" is never the whole message.
